Caused by: No [Clothing] on body parts ; Bare Skin exposed to inner layer Frozen Clothing

Treatment: Warm and cover exposed body part

Frostbite Risk is incurred when a player's bare skin is exposed to freezing conditions, particularly with severe windchill.
