Insomnia is an Affliction added to the Part 1 Update of the Tales from the Far Territory addon, and is contracted from spending too much time in Glimmer Fog found within certain Regions within the Far Territory Frontier. At present, it can only be contracted in the Forsaken Airfield, Zone of Contamination, and Sundered Pass Regions.
